 Hara Bara Kebab

Well here goes the recepie friends
1 bunch of palak
6-7 beans ( u can add any green veges)
a samlll cup of peas
2 potato.
4 green chillies
chilli powder(if necesary)
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
salt
ginger garlic paste
cornflour for binding
bread crumbs for the last dip..

Boil all the veges seperately, say 5 mins each in the microwave... Sqeeze away any extra water.. keeping the boiled potatoes aside, grind the palak, green peas & beans in to a course paste. Take a kadai and add a tbps of oil, add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies, then add the ground mixture... we do this on low flame just to get rid of any extra water left in the green veges, add a pinch of salt to it.. once u feel it is dry and done.. keep it aside and let it cool down.

Take a bowl and mash the potatoes without any lump, get rid of the skin.. then add a bit of salt (remembering we have added a bit to the green veges), add the chat, garam masala & cumin powder with 2 tbsp of corn flour and a tbsp of bit crumbs, add the cooled mixture of green veges and mix well.. Now make them in to golf size balls and flaten them like patties  and  dip them in to the bread crumbs (u can also make them in to sausage shape and do it on the barbeque) or (in the oven u can have it at 200degrees pre heated for 10 to 15 mins.. dont forget to flip over after 7 mins). Otherwise simply take a griddle or tava and shallow fry them on both sides flipping them over from time to time on low flame untill they turn golden brown, with a bit of oil. You can also deep fry them if u r not calorie concious. Hope this helps friends..
